Delightfully helpful staff, unbeatable location, nice food. Bed was large, room was luxurious & luxurious. The staff did all they can for a perfect 10/10 stay. Welcoming service, nice restaurant on site.

Really loved it. All in all, it was super base for travelling to Karlovy Vary. Adjacent to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.

hotels staff were very loyal. staying just a walk down to everything we needed, like diana lookout tower.
