Delightfully helpful staff, unbeatable location, nice food. Bed was large, room was luxurious & luxurious. The staff did all they can for a perfect 10/10 stay. Welcoming service, nice restaurant on site.

Really loved it. All in all, it was super base for travelling to Karlovy Vary. Adjacent to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.
